Bill Sablan is a retired U.S. Marine Infantry Officer having served over 23 years in both the enlisted and officer ranks. During his time in the Marine Corps, Bill participated in multiple combat operations in the Persian Gulf, Kosovo, Haiti, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He participated in humanitarian efforts in Cuba and Turkey, and theater security cooperation exercises in South America. Following his retirement in January 2013, Bill moved his family to Bradenton, Florida and began work as a Project Director for a large, Tampa based recruiting firm. From 2014 to 2021, Bill spent two years as a Financial Advisor for a national investment firm and five years as a Program Manager/Director for a Tampa based defense contractor. In the spring of 2021, Bill selected to participate in an Amazon sponsored entrepreneurial program and later that summer opened Veteran Logistics. Bill holds a BLA, and an MBA in Global Management.

Teresa Sablan is a Registered Nurse and owner of Sablan Professional Services. Teresa began her nursing career in 1994 after graduating from college with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN). Teresa's career in direct patient care spanned more than 20 years and included everything from Emergency Department work to Gastroenterology. Following her husband's military retirement in 2013, Teresa spent time working in the Home Health industry as well as in Medical Insurance claims. In 2017 she opened Sablan Professional Services and has since worked in flood insurance adjusting and executive recruiting for the Home Health/Hospice industry. Teresa holds a BSN from the University of Central Missouri.
